These Terms of Service govern your use of Westbridge Logistics’ website and services. By booking a shipment or using our site, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Services<\/strong>
Westbridge Logistics provides courier, freight, and logistics services including air freight, road transport, sea freight, and warehousing. Service availability depends on route, package type, and destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking & Payment<\/strong>
All shipments must be booked with accurate information including weight, dimensions, contents, and addresses. Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Restrictions<\/strong>
We do not transport:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Hazardous materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Illegal goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perishable items without proper packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not meet our guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Liability<\/strong>
    Westbridge Logistics is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control. Basic coverage is included on all shipments. Additional insurance is available on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Claims<\/strong>
    Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Supporting documentation (photos, receipts) is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customer Responsibilities<\/strong>
    The sender is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Accurate declaration of contents and value<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proper packaging of all items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Compliance with customs and import regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Tracking & Notifications<\/strong>
      Every shipment receives a tracking number. Customers can track shipments on our website. Status updates are sent via email to the sender and receiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cancellation<\/strong>
      Shipments may be cancelled before pickup. Once in transit, cancellation is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Changes to These Terms<\/strong>
      We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
