Weight & Size Limits
Standard parcels: up to 30 kg per piece.
Freight shipments: up to 1,000 kg per shipment.
Oversized cargo: contact us for a custom quote.

Prohibited Items
We do not ship:

• Hazardous materials (flammable, toxic, corrosive)
• Illegal goods
• Perishable food without proper packaging
• Cash and negotiable instruments

Packaging Requirements
All items must be securely packed for transit. We offer professional packaging for fragile, high-value, and oversized shipments. Improperly packed items may be refused.

Customs & Documentation
International shipments require accurate customs documentation. We assist with paperwork, but the sender is responsible for the accuracy of declared contents and value.

Insurance
Basic coverage is included on all shipments. Additional insurance is available on request for high-value cargo.

Delivery Times
Express air freight: 2–5 business days.
Standard road transport: 5–10 days.
Sea freight: 3–6 weeks depending on route.
